Who is K2Joom and where did we come from?

The original K2 & Joomla fan site.

Way back in January 2010, our founder, Simon Wells, stumbled across a new Joomla extension called K2.

This groundbreaking new extension, revolutionised content creation within Joomla, but had a steep learning curve.

K2Joom was born as a live, work in progress, development website, providing detailed explanations, configurations and customisations.

These guides would later be adopted as the primary support documents and K2Joom became the go to site for bespoke customisations and templating.

We were the original support providers, working with Joomlaworks.

We developed some of the most complex templating designs for K2.

For the last 10 years, we have been freelancing on custom projects for local companies, international charities, sports teams and more.

Our experience with Joomla, allowed us to design and deploy bespoke websites for our clients.
